St. Paul, MN — (June 26, 2019) Matsuura Distributor, Yamazen, Inc. and business partners gathered with Krusinski Construction Company from Oakbrook, IL, to celebrate the groundbreaking and beginning of construction on their new headquarters facility in Elk Grove Village.
The new state-of-the-art, two-story, 138,000 square foot headquarters building will feature a 13,000 square foot product showroom and sampling area, and over 17,000 square foot turn-key and robotics center. The new site will also feature over 50,000 square feet of warehouse space for machine tools, parts, tooling and accessories and storage. The first and second floors will also consist of a kitchen area/employee break room, multiple conference rooms and office space.
According to a Yamazen, Inc. Spokesperson, part of the long-term vision and planning is to allow for Yamazen’s future expansion of staff as it grows its three main divisions; machinery, tooling and automation in the coming years.
The building is expected to open by early summer of 2020.
