TWO MATSUURA MACHINERY USA INC.’S EMPLOYEES ASSUME NEW ROLES AS THE DEMAND FOR MATSUURA’S HIGH SPEED AND HIGH PRECISION 5-AXIS CNC MACHINE TOOLS SURGES

Two Matsuura Machinery USA Inc. employees who have been with the company since its formation in 2013, are returning to Matsuura Machinery Corporation in Japan. Toshihiro (Toshi) Yamagishi has served as Matsuura Machinery USA Inc.’s Vice President of Operations and Mitsuhiro (Mitch) Tsubota has functioned as Applications Engineer.

Yamagishi will assume a position in Matsuura Machinery Corporation’s Sales Department. He will continue to work closely with Matsuura Machinery USA Inc. and will frequently return to the U.S. to meet with customers and the Matsuura Machinery USA Inc. team.

As a result of Matsuura Machinery USA Inc.’s continuous growth and the rising demand for Matsuura’s high speed and high precision 5-Axis CNC machine tools, Yamagishi will function as Matsuura Machinery USA Inc.’s Direct Sales Liaison with Matsuura Machinery Corporation. Yamagishi spent four years developing relationships with customers, distributors and staff and will carry his understanding of the U.S. Market into his new role.

“Matsuura Machinery USA Inc.’s sales support and applications needs have significantly increased with the surge in demand for Matsuura machines in the U.S. Tsubota has been instrumental in developing and training our applications team. With his leadership, our exceptionally skilled applications department will increasingly work on the sales front-end and provide problem solving strategies,” Baker continued.
