We are writing to share an important update regarding CAMplete, the post-processing and simulation software that has historically been offered with many Matsuura 5-axis machine solutions.
Autodesk has announced that CAMplete will be entering End of Sale status. As a result, new CAMplete subscriptions will no longer be available for purchase after June 7, 2026.
For customers who currently have active CAMplete seats, Autodesk has indicated that existing subscriptions may continue to be renewed through June 7, 2028, at which point CAMplete will move to End-of-Life status. Customers who renew existing CAMplete seats during this period are expected to retain access to the software through their active subscription term.
At Matsuura Machinery USA, we understand that post-processing and machine simulation are critical components of a successful 5-axis machining workflow. CAMplete has been a valued solution for many Matsuura customers over the years, and we recognize that this change may impact both current users and customers evaluating future software needs.
What this means for customers:
- New CAMplete subscriptions must be purchased before June 7, 2026, subject to availability and Autodesk processing timelines.
- Existing CAMplete users may continue to renew their seats through June 7, 2028, according to Autodesk’s current End-of-Life timeline.
- After June 7, 2028, CAMplete renewals will no longer be available.
- Matsuura is actively reviewing alternative post-processing and simulation solutions to support customers moving forward.
If you currently use CAMplete, have a pending machine order, or are evaluating software options for a new Matsuura machine, we encourage you to contact your Matsuura representative as soon as possible. Our team will work with you to review your current CAMplete status, renewal timing, and available options.
