Our distributor agreement with Yamazen Inc. concluded on April 30, 2026. Beginning today, Yamazen no longer represents Matsuura in Illinois, Indiana, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and New England.
We are grateful for the strong and professional relationship we have built with Yamazen over the years. Their team has represented Matsuura with integrity and dedication, and we sincerely appreciate their contributions to supporting our customers.
As we move forward, Matsuura USA will continue to provide direct support to customers in these regions. This transition has been carefully planned to ensure continuity across all areas of service. Customers can expect the same high level of responsiveness, including sales support, applications expertise, service coverage, parts availability, and technical assistance.
